Required to Have a City OF Seguin Temporary Health Permit. Paid to the City of Seguin
Either purchase Insurance from us or provide a certificate of Insurance including the Guadalupe County Fair and the City of Seguin.
DEPOSIT WILL BE ADDED BACK INTO YOUR PAYMENT WITH SALES PROVIDED NO GREASE, OR OTHER STUFF ON THE GROUND WHERE YOUR TRUCK WAS
AND NO TRASH AROUND THE AREA.
All trucks or Trailers must have their own source of Electric and Water.
No SODAS OR WATER MAY BE SOLD FROM YOUR TRUCK . FAIR ASSOCIATION WILL BE SELLING BEER, SODAS AND WATER.
